Maribeth Kinsley – REALTOR® – Maribeth is the newest member of the team and brings plenty of sales experience to the table. At a young age she was introduced to beautiful Northern Michigan and all that it had to offer. It was not long before she knew that it would be a place that I eventually would call home. After graduating from high school in 2000 she packed her belongings and moved north from southeast Lower Michigan. She attended college at both Northwestern Michigan College and Grand Valley State University where she majored in Language Arts and English. As a first time home buyer in 2007, the business of real estate intrigued her. As she embarked on a new chapter in her life, buying her first home, she realized that real estate was a passion.

 

She works well with Sellers but her strength lies with Buyers. Maribeth can assist you in finding whatever you desire whether it’s a new home, vacant property or new construction.

Jenifer Bradley - REALTOR® - Jenifer is the newest to join the Exit Realty team but make no mistake she is not new to the real estate business. She has been in real estate since 2004, primarily assisting buyers interested in purchasing new construction. Jenifer worked for a large builder / developer in southeast Michigan then moved on to become the Sales Manager for another large developer in the Lansing area.

 

Jenifer relocated to Traverse City in 2009, and took some time off to stay at home and raise her two children. She has been looking forward to getting back to work, and is motivated to get back to what she is passionate about- Real Estate!

 

Jenifer is very detail oriented, and prides herself in exceeding her client’s expectations. She understand how to make the home buying (or building) process stress free. Client satisfaction is her #1 priority, and she has an excellent track record of accomplishing her client’s goals.
